Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

Location: Dublin
Salary: €50,000-60,000

My client is on the lookout for a talented B Analyst to join their fast-growing and high-performing Data & Insights team. As a BI Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive business performance. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, build dynamic dashboards, and deliver data-driven recommendations that impact strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in BI analysis, data visualization, or analytics roles.
• Strong proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and report insights that drive business decision-making
• Knowledge of data modelling and ETL processes is a plus.
